Master data

Select Own articles from the “Master data > Articles” menu.
Add new articles using the icon with the yellow plus (“Add data set”).
When defining the article class, you can also define how the article should be calculated and entered (per item, per square metre, per linear metre, etc.).
You can freely define the article number and the descriptions.
You can indicate the availability of the article on the right-hand side.
You can use the green-yellow icon (“Show price”) to define the article price. You can specify different prices according to article availability. If this is not desired, select the price type that you want.
Click on the blue button (“Save and close”) to open an input screen for specifying the definitive price. Enter the “Own articles” price group, used for discounts and rebates, on the right of the screen.
Clicking again on the blue button (“Save and Close”) creates your own article that can be integrated into future offers.
If entering as a window item: enter the quantity and instead of U (for Unit) select the accessories and the respective article class. Your previously entered article is displayed as an article number.
When entering as an accessory for the item: select the respective article class in the accessories screen and enter the previously defined article number for your own article.

Select Installation services from the “Master data > Installation” menu.
In the screen that follows you can see various templates that can be copied using the “Copy” icon in the top bar.
You can freely choose the article number and description.
You can set the price using the green-yellow icon (“Show price”). A standard price is stored that can be changed by double clicking.
Click on the blue button (“Save and close”) to create your own installation service, which can now be integrated into future offers.
If entering as a window item: enter the quantity and instead of U (for Unit) select the accessories and the respective article class. Your previously entered installation service is displayed as an article number.
When entering as an accessory for the item: select the respective article class in the accessories screen and enter the installation service.
