Ticket overview
By clicking on the avatar in the top right-hand corner, you can now call up the support ticket overview under “My tickets”. As a dealer partner, you will find the 20 most recently updated open and closed usersupport tickets for your company set out in a clear list, including the current status. Usersupport concerns your requests regarding the cloud programs.
Click on a ticket to open the ticket details page, where you can read all the contents of the ticket and send another comment to Finstral Cloud Support.
All Finstral employees are asked to log in directly to the Ky2help programme and view the ticket overview there.
