In the Cloud, you can fill out a form directly via “Contact support” to get help with the Cloud applications.

The form asks the following:

  • For which Cloud application do you have a question (currently Composer, Contacts or Webmonitor)?
  • What is the corresponding category for your question?
  • What is the subject and description of your question? Are there any attachments that would be helpful in clarifying the question?

Your enquiries land directly in Finstral’s internal ticket system Ky2help. The Finstral Cloud team will endeavour to provide you with an answer within 24 hours (working days).
