Ordering accessories

Accessories and installation material, sample material and advertising material can all be ordered under the menu item “Order accessories”.  

You can find the corresponding prices in the “Accessories and installation material” price list and the “Sample material and advertising material” price list on the Finstral Compendium. 

Search for one or more articles

You can search for an item (or limit the search) using: 

  • Item number (or part thereof) 
  • Designation (or part thereof)

The items are then displayed in a list.

Explanation of columns: 

  • Item: Finstral item number 
  • Image: an image is provided for most items (images from the price list), which can be enlarged by clicking on it. 
  • Material class: Finstral items are divided into material classes (handles, profiles, aluminium profiles, etc.). 
  • Description of material class: description of material class. 
  • Express delivery?: shows whether express delivery is available for this item. 
  • Shopping basket: places the item in the shopping basket. The quantity can still be changed or an item deleted from the shopping basket itself. 

Additional information may be requested depending on the item type: 

  • Piece goods: express delivery requested or otherwise. 
  • By the metre: length and possibly longitudinal sections. 
  • Aluminium and semi-finished parts (e.g. handles): desired paint colour, if applicable.

Possible error messages

If you select “Chargeable express delivery” here, the system checks the product length and paint colour. Express delivery is not available if the length exceeds 3000 mm or if a paint colour is entered: in this case, the item will be added to the shopping basket but will not be registered as an express delivery.

Send order to Finstral

The “Order” function opens a separate dialogue in which a commission (mandatory field) and a comment (optional) are requested.

With “Send order”, two documents are generated and e-mailed both to Finstral and to the dealer partner (as a copy): 

Following processing by Finstral, you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail as usual.
