Quick entry : service requests
Complaints can be recorded quickly under the menu item “Quick entry of service requests”. You can also select this menu item directly on your smartphone to enter a complaint.
- Open the Webmonitor via the Finstral Cloud and select “Quick entry of service requests”. Scan the serial number of the product with your smartphone camera. You will find the serial number on the sticker on the product frame or on the enclosed documents. The serial number is automatically recognised via text recognition. Alternatively, you can enter the serial number directly.
- After recognising the serial number, the Webmonitor automatically retrieves the corresponding order confirmation.
- Now you can enter your complaint.
- Practical tip: save the URL https://finstral.com/quick-service directly on your smartphone. This makes it even easier for you to retrieve “Quick entry of service requests”.
