Provided they have been accepted, Finstral may track the processing steps of enquiries assigned by Finstral to other business units via Finstral Contacts. Enquiries that partners enter into the system independently of Finstral remain invisible to Finstral.

Further data protection regulations can be found in the licence agreement and the DPA (→ Licence agreement, DPA).

The storage period and anonymisation of contacts in Contacts has been adjusted to comply with data protection regulations in all Finstral countries.

• Anonymisation of private customers
  • Contact details of (potential) private customers with enquiries of the type sample, brochure, tender texts, CAD data, product information, general information, customer service, complaints, event are anonymised after 6 months. This means that anonymisation takes place when the last enquiry of this type from the contact was made 6 months ago.
  • Contact details of potential private customers with enquiries of the enquiry type ‘Quotation’ will be anonymised after 36 months. This means that anonymisation takes place if no action has taken place for 36 months or no new enquiry has been received from the same contact.
  • Contact details of existing private customers (i.e. with an order, status ‘Order placed’) will be anonymised after 6 years.
• Anonymisation of commercial customers/architects
  • Contact details of commercial contacts/architects who have given us at least one consent to data processing for advertising purposes are not anonymised.
  • Contact details of potential commercial customers/architects with enquiries of all types (without consent to data processing for advertising purposes) are anonymised after 36 months. This means that anonymisation takes place if no action has taken place for 36 months or no new enquiry has been received from the same contact.
  • Contact details of existing commercial customers/architects (i.e. with an order, status ‘order placed’) without consent to data processing for advertising purposes are anonymised after 6 years.
