Create a relationship management enquiry

To create an enquiry of this type, simply click on the “Create new enquiry” action. The standard form for creating a new enquiry will then open. Start by selecting the contact type and enter the other contact details. The “Company” field is also important here as contacts with the same company name are automatically displayed together. As soon as the first three letters are entered in this field, the company names already stored in the system are automatically suggested. Once you have carefully entered all contact details, select the “Relationship management” enquiry type and create the new enquiry.

You will now see the newly created relationship management enquiry in the detailed view. In the contact details, you may see further contacts from the same company where these exist. Further contacts from this company (e.g. other architects working in the same practice) can be added manually by clicking on the plus symbol next to “Other contacts from ...”. After entering the contact details and clicking on “Add contact”, this contact will now also appear below the other contacts. Each of the further contacts created in this way can then be clicked on and their enquiries viewed.
