Technical requirements
Finstral Contacts is a so-called Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. In contrast to a native application, it is not installed on a computer as a program, but is instead retrieved directly via your browser. The only technical requirements are a current browser and a normal internet connection.

Note on browser cache and add-ons
The browser cache is a buffer memory of the web browser in which previously retrieved data (e.g. texts or images) are stored on the user’s computer (locally) as a copy. We recommend that you clear the browser cache regularly, especially after an update. If the browser cache is not regularly cleared, this may impair the use of Finstral Contacts. Instructions on how to clear the browser cache can be found on the internet.
Browser add-ons or automatic browser translations can also lead to undesired effects when using Finstral Contacts. Therefore switch these off if possible or do not use them for Finstral Contacts.
