The owner/administrator of the dealer partner can query his/her Cloud profile about the change of roles and rights as well as the deactivation for the users of his/her company.

The supervisor can query the change of rights/roles as well as deactivation via usersupport@finstral.com.
Revocation of cooperation with Finstral
The agreement in the Finstral Contacts Licence Agreement commences on the date of joint signature and is concluded for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate the agreement by giving notice of at least three months by means of registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or equivalent means. After termination of the agreement, irrespective of the motives, the Licensee has three months to finish reading the data that he/she has imported from the software. After expiry of this period (or earlier upon written request by the Licensee), the Licensor shall permanently delete all data uploaded by the Licensee. (→ Licence agreement, DPA).
