Actions for the processing of enquiries
Action | Description |
Accept enquiry | You confirm the acceptance of an enquiry that has been assigned to you by Finstral. |
Create new enquiry | You create a new enquiry for a contact. |
Edit enquiry type | You change the type of an enquiry. |
Assign enquiry | You assign the enquiry to another person in Finstral Contacts. |
Reject enquiry | You return an assigned enquiry to the sender. |
Revoke assignment | You revoke the assignment of an enquiry. |
Take over enquiry | You take over the processing of an enquiry. |
Arrange an advisory appointment | You make an advisory appointment. |
Postpone advisory appointment | You postpone the scheduled advisory appointment. |
Put on hold | You change the due date of an enquiry and create a reminder at a future date. |
Arrange a negotiation date | You set a scheduled negotiation date. |
Postpone negotiation date | You postpone a scheduled negotiation date. |
Agree submission of offer | You arrange an appointment to discuss and submit the offer. |
Postpone submission of offer | You postpone the agreed date to discuss and submit the offer. |
Put on hold | You change the due date of an offer and are later reminded to follow up the offer. |
Place order | You close the enquiry positively when an offer is made. Processing in Finstral Contacts is completed and the order is placed. |
Close enquiry(ies) | You positively close an enquiry (or several enquiries) (all except Offer enquiry type). |
Cancel enquiry(ies) | You close one or more enquiries (all enquiry types) negatively or cancel the enquiry(ies). |
Reopen enquiry | You restore the status of the enquiry prior to “Cancel enquiry”. |
Assign enquiry externally | You assign the enquiry to another colleague outside Finstral Contacts via an automatically generated e-mail. |
Communicate changes externally | You send changes in the contact data or notes externally (by e-mail). |
Advisory appointment (external) | You document an externally conducted advisory appointment (responsible person is not in Finstral Contacts). |
Offer submission (external) | You document an externally conducted offer submission (responsible person is not in Finstral Contacts). |
Order (external) | You document an order received externally (responsible person is not in Finstral Contacts). |
Download enquiry list | You download the enquiry list (takes into account set filters and the search). |
