Edit enquiry type

This action lets you change and redefine the enquiry type.

Example

An enquiry has been received with the enquiry type “General”. In the conversation with the end customer, it turns out that it is in fact an enquiry for an offer. A different workflow is accordingly needed to process the enquiry. By clicking on “Edit enquiry type” you can select and confirm the new enquiry type (in this case “Offer”) via Dropbox.

Put on hold / Put offer on hold 

This action lets you change and postpone the due date of an enquiry.

Example

The end customer reports that their building project will be postponed by about half a year and that they will then get in touch again regarding the offer presented. By using “Put offer on hold” you can set a reminder for e.g. in half a year.
